- "Products": all products that can be purchased at The Store.
- "Seller": person or entity offering its products on the Store.
- "Customer": the user, individual or professional, making a purchase on the Store.
Article 1 - Application
The shop is of free access to any Customer.
The acquisition of a product implies acceptance by the Client of all the General Conditions.
Acceptance of Terms implies the Customer that he enjoys the legal capacity necessary for this.

Article 2 - Order
Products are offered subject to availability.

Article 3 - Price and payment
Seller reserves the right to modify at any time the prices of products offered on the Store.
However, the price on the shop on the day of the order shall be applicable only to the Customer.
The prices of products in the shop are net prices to be paid and excluding costs of processing and shipping.
The Customer may make its payment by credit card via PayPal or the balance of his Paypal account.
The credit card payments are made via secure transactions provided by the payment provider Paypal online.

Article 4 - Delivery
Products can be shipped worldwide.
Delivery charges are indicated to Customer in the product page and in the order summary before payment.
A receipt of payment on the Paypal account Seller, sending will be done within 24 to 48 hours.
If delivery of a product abroad, the customer declares the importer of the product and agrees that in such cases it could be liable for costs relating to the rights and customs formalities or the applicable import taxes in the country where delivery is requested.
Unless stated otherwise displayed on the shop during the order process or in the description of the Products ordered, the Seller undertakes to deliver the products within a maximum period of thirty (30) days after signing the contract with the Client.
If the package of the Customer is returned to the Seller by post or by other postal service providers, the Seller will contact the Customer to receive the package back to ask follow-up to his order.
If the Customer refuses the package by mistake he may request a rehearing by paying in advance the payment of postage for the new shipment.
The postage must be paid even for orders whose shipping was available when ordering.
Any delay in delivery compared to the date or period indicated (e) the Customer when ordering or failing indication of date or time when ordering, greater than thirty (30) days from the conclusion the contract may result in the cancellation of the sale at the initiative of the Customer, upon written request from him by email.
The customer will then be refunded at the latest within fourteen (14) days, the total amount paid.

Article 5 - Right of withdrawal
The Customer has a period of thirty (30) working days from the receipt of the order product to retract.
He will be required to return any product not suit him and ask exchange or refund without penalty.
The Product must be returned in perfect condition.
It is understood that the customer will bear the Product of referral fees in case of withdrawal.
It is recommended that the Customer to return with a solution for tracking of the package.

Article 7 - Liability
Each product is accompanied by a description provided by the Seller and the photographs reflect a true picture of the product sold.
Seller shall not be held liable for breach of contract due to the occurrence of a force majeure event.
Regarding the purchased products, the Seller shall not be liable for any damages that might occur.
The photographs and video of Products on the Store does not contractual, the liability of the Seller can not be engaged if the characteristics of the products are different visuals present on the shop or if they are erroneous or incomplete.

Article 10 - Applicable law and mediation
These Terms are governed by and subject to French law.
Unless provisions of public order, any disputes that may arise in connection with the execution of these Terms and Conditions before any legal action can be submitted to the appreciation of the Seller for a friendly settlement.
It is recalled that the mediation is not mandatory but only available to resolve disputes by avoiding recourse to justice.
